XiBIT takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We treat your personal data
confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as with this
data protection statement.

The registered user expressly agrees and resigns the assertion of any requirements e.g.
because of infringement of private policy, that data which he provides is stored and can be

XiBIT will always delete user/customer accounts if it turns out that the user infringes the actual
terms of business and the private policy or violates the law, the morality, the image or the
interests of XiBIT or a partner company or by disturbing the functionality of the website by his
behaviour. In this case XiBIT may furthermore block the user, delete entered objects and
exhibitions or other content and terminate the contract. The registered user has no claim for

cancellation XiBIT sends promptly a notification of the successful deletion.
